My main focus is consulting in project and change management. As a certified independent SAP consultant I've helped deliver ERP deployments of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Concur, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle JD Edwards, PLM, SAP CRM and SAP IS-U.

 

I've also delivered ECM for Meridio, R/KYV, Sharepoint and OpenText. I have experience in web & mobile apps SDLC, waterfall and agile project management, BPO & services transition to external partners, business & IT cutover, merger & separation-carve-out of businesses in EMEA markets, contract negotiations and operations management.

Previous experience includes senior management consulting roles at PwC, Sopra Steria and Cornwell (Serco).
