For over a decade I've been building commercial and customer value management systems to help businesses of all kinds win in-market, help them create and deliver new strategies, improved marketing, better sales, commercial operations. We've supported large and small businesses through change, delivered commercial due diligence and led GTM programmes using modular, repeatable and structured approaches.
Today I've packaged what I've learnt into The Market Leaders Toolkit. I've done this to create a new kind of 'self-help', peer-to-peer and expert platform where commercial leaders, strategists, marketers, innovators, practitioners can challenge convention and drive a new progressive commercial agenda.
